Cooking is my calm—and my craft
Cooking is therapeutic for me: it’s calming, it gives me space to share what I know with people who want to learn, and it keeps me connected to what I love most—building real joy through food.
I’m classically trained with wide regional experience
I studied the art of cookery in New Orleans, Virginia, and Alabama, and I earned my degree from Johnson & Wales. That foundation helps me move confidently from refined technique to bold, comforting flavors.
I never stop learning or innovating
I’m always learning, experimenting, and pushing for creative ways to make dishes feel fresh—while still staying true to the flavors and spirit that inspire me.
